물류 - Warehouse Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our company’s daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and leading a team of warehouse staff. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. 

Duties:

-   Manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving

-   Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety protocols

-   Develop and implement inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels

-   Oversee logistics and coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries

-   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management

-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

-   Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role (10+yrs preferred) 

· Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

· Excellent leadership and team management skills

· Ability to drive 26’ truck – Need DMV record (last 5 yrs) 

· Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery (Forklift Certificate required OSHA)

· Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance

· Must be eligible to work in the U.S

· Bilingual in Korean/English preferred; Spanish is a plus

Salary Range: 60K~72K

물류 - Warehouse Associate (Driver)

Duties:

- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments  

- Verify/inspect incoming goods against purchase orders 

- Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup according to schedule 

- Maintain inventory storage areas, conduct regular inventory counts 

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment 

- Plan/follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries 

- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers 

- Follow health/safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment 

- Report any safety hazards/incidents to the supervisor 

- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and vehicles

Requirements:

· Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other WH equipment

· Forklift Certificate required – OSHA

· Ability to drive 26’ truck – Need DMV record (last 5 yrs) 

· Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs unassisted

· Must be eligible to work in the U.S

· Bilingual in Korean/English preferred

Salary Range: 54K~65K
