Qualifications:

- 인사 및 행정 경험자 (resume에 관련 경력을 가급적 자세히 기술 바랍니다)

- Microsoft 오피스 능숙자

- ADP에 대한 사전지식 우대

- 합법적으로 일 할 수 있는 신분

급여 수준:

- 매니저: $75K+, 경력에 따라 다릅니다.

- Assistant Manager: $60K

We are looking to fill open positions in our HR department.

HR duties/responsibilities

- Manages recruitment and onboarding

- Oversees, reconciles and compiles time sheets for payroll

- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations

- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources

- Collaborate with department managers to understand skill and competencies required for openings

- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits

- Performs other duties as assigned

Typical qualifications:

- Should know basic principles and practices of the human resources function

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality

- Maintain regular and punctual attendance

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Prior knowledge of ADP preferred

Schedule

- Full time position

- Work on site (not remote)

- 8AM – 5PM or 9AM – 6PM
