주요업무

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met.

• Process orders, including order entry, tracking, and coordinating shipments using QuickBooks (in-house training provided).

• Address client requests and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, order history, and account details.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, production, and warehouse, to ensure timely delivery and exceed client expectations.

• Perform other necessary office work as required.

자격요건

• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• College degree preferred or equivalent office work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates.
