포지션에 대한 설명:
트릿지 Los Angeles Office의 HR 매니저는 트릿지의 비전 및 경영 전략과 일련된 방향으로 인사 정책 및 프로세스를 정립하게 됩니다. 미국 내 트릿지 구성원에 대한 급여, 인사 프로그램 계획 및 운영, 그리고 구성원 관계 및 커뮤니케이션 전반에 대한 업무를 담당하게 될 예정입니다. 이 담당자는 한국 서울에 있는 본사의 글로벌 인사팀 및 기타 글로벌 채용 담당자와 함께 일하게 될 것이며, 특히 한국 본사에 LA Office 인사 정책 수립에 대한 전략적 조언을 하게 됩니다.

이런 역할을 수행합니다:
– 미국 법인내 인사정책, 관행 및 절차가 현지 노동법 및 규정에 따라 설계되고 준수되고 있는지 관리합니다.
– 미국 직원들의 급여 및 필요 문서를 관리 및 담당하게 됩니다.
– 사무용품 재고 구매 및 관리를 하며 일하기 좋은 근무 환경을 만들기 위해 노력합니다.
– HQ에 있는 글로벌 인사팀과 긴밀하게 일하며 LA 오피스에서 경험하고 있는 다양한 인사 관련 이슈 및 인재채용에 대한 인사 사항들을 대응하며 개선점을 찾아 구현합니다.
– HQ 와 미국직원들 사이에서 중간다리가 되어 회사의 비즈니스 목표에 따른 니즈를 충족할 수 있도록 서포트 합니다.

Powering the global sourcing hub is our data and intelligence services. Our exclusive database covers 11 million data points of agricultural goods and collects 50,000 data points each day. With greater transparency and real-time updates in price, quality, and trade volumes, Tridge removes the information asymmetry prevalent in many markets.

Overview of Position:
The HR Manager for the Los Angeles Office at Tridge will be responsible for implementing best practices of HR policies/processes to support business strategies as well as planning, organizing, and executing activities associated with payroll, HR program design/execution and employee relations/communication in the US. This person will work with the Global HR Team at HQ in Seoul, Korea as well as other global recruiters spread internationally. He/she will also provide advice to the HQ to devise HR policies for the Los Angeles Office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Design and ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures are complied with the local labor laws and regulations
– Responsible for timely, accurately and compliantly processing the payroll. Audit and process payroll documents.
– Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentiality.
– Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, monitoring office supplies inventory, reviewing and approving requests
– Communicate closely with the Global HR Team at the HQ to assist with HR challenges, provide coaching, proactively identify talent issues and implement programs solving business needs in the Los Angeles office
– Other duties and HR projects as assigned

Preferred backgrounds:
– 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or related experience
– Bachelor in human resources or business administration or related study
– Must have valid US Citizenship
– Fluency in English, both verbal and written
– Has in-depth knowledge in labor law and regulations in the US
– Has experience in operating a full cycle of payroll in the US
– Strongly driven to take initiative and acquire hands-on experience
– Able to work well in a dynamic and fast-growing working environment
– Advanced Microsoft office skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pluses:
– Knowledge and passion for Tridge’s vision and company goal
– Language proficiency in Korean
– Experience with HR information systems (i.e. Greenhouse)
