근무지역: Hazleton, PA
고용 형태: 6개월 - 1년 계약직 후 정규직 전환
연봉 범위: $90,000 ~ $110,000
학력 요건: 학사 학위 이상
경력 요건: 최소 5년 이상의 관련 경력 (Warehouse 경험 필수)
출장 빈도: 약 10%

The company plays a leading role in the global logistics market with unique logistics services. With its innovative IT technology, they developed the integrated logistics solution called “Cello” in 2010, started its logistics business in 2012 and expanded its logistics business with Business Process Outsourcing. The Operation Support Part Leader manages innovation tasks and follows up the progress of NJ Team reporting to NJ Branch leader.
Responsibilities:
Assist Branch Manager’s direction
East Coast WH Contract with Client
P/L Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
WH and Transportation Cost Analysis
System Design and support
Create and implement operational improvement plans
Review SOP and improve better operation process for Innovation
Collaboration with HQ, RHQ, Site Managers, and Team members
Monitor and find root-cause of operational errors and set up action plan
East Coast Inventory Management including Cycle Count, Physical Inventory
Produce Daily, Weekly, Monthly Operational Report, QBR Report with Client, Strategy Meeting Report
KPI Management and Development, Claim Management (WH Damage, Loss, and LD)
Prepare for Peak Season Operation with Site Managers
Identify and sense Customer/Market Trend, Requirements and Operational Issues in advance
Manage Bench-mark Session
Support for WH Operation Set up and any projects
Perform other duties assigned as needed
People Management with 10 associates in the part
Within 24 hours response communications to HQ, RHQ, Client, Branch Manager
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, business, or logistics
5+ years of experience in Logistics
Strong written verbal communication skills
Proficient in computer applications (Excel + Power query, PowerPoint, Word)
Critical thinker and detail oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills
Ability to write reports with key-points, 5W1H, Rational by own research
Ability to multi tasks with several key projects with clients
Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage and work directly with clients
Problem solver mindset, self-motivated and organized
Ability to handle high pressure and fast paced operations
Strong work ethic
Ability to set up priorities and complete tasks
Ability to summarize data and information in precise documents
