*Job Description
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Process invoices, credit card receipts , and reimbursements accurately.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Maintain financial records and perform data entry tasks.
- Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and managing office supplies.

- Desires to learn and take on new responsibilities despite lack of experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft software.
