Accounting & Office Assistant (Part-time / Full-time)

*Job Description

  1. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  2. Process invoices, credit card receipts , and reimbursements accurately.
  3. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  4. Maintain financial records and perform data entry tasks.
  5. Handle general office administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and managing office supplies.

*Desired Skills & Requirements

- Desires to learn and take on new responsibilities despite lack of experience.

- Proficient with Microsoft software.

- Demonstrates strong planning, organizing, multitasking, and time management skills.
