근무 시간: 오전 8시 30분 - 오후 5시 30분

주요 업무:

• 운송 데이터 평가 통한 최적 운송 솔루션 도출 및 운송비 협상 지원 

• 운송 관련 문서 및 절차 관리

• 운송사와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션

• RFQ(견적 요청) 데이터 분석 및 운송사 소싱 관련 비용 조사

• 법무팀과의 협업하에 운송 계약의 회사 정책 및 법적 요건 준수 확인 및 관리

• 소싱 프로세스 전반의 내부 구매 시스템 운영 및 관리

• 공급업체 견적 평가 및 비용 요소 분석 보고

• 재무 시뮬레이션 및 견적 비교표 관리

자격 요건:

• 회계학, 재무학, 공급망관리(SCM), 경제학, 산업공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상

• 물류 분석가(Logistics Analyst) 또는 유사 직무에서 최소 3년 이상의 경험

• Microsoft Access 및 Excel 숙련자 (대규모 데이터 처리 및 복잡한 리포트 작성 가능자)

• 데이터 해석 능력 및 물류 운영 개선을 위한 실행 가능한 솔루션 도출 능력

• 탁월한 문서 작성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 

• 한국어 및 영어 이중언어 능력 필수

• 표, 차트, 수치 기반 자료를 활용하여 분석 결과 및 제안사항을 명확히 제시할 수 있는 능력

• 협업 및 대인관계 능력 우수, 부서 간 협업 가능자

• 필요 시 주말 및 휴일 포함 초과근무 가능자

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external transportation data analysis and cost research to support carrier negotiations

• Simulate scenario-based cost estimations to identify the most optimal transportation solutions

• Negotiate the cost of transporting raw materials and finished goods

• Coordinate transportation activities, ensuring smooth communication and proper completion of necessary paperwork

• Conduct internal and external RFQ data analysis and cost research for carrier sourcing

• Obtain quotes from various suppliers and negotiate price, quantity, terms, and conditions with transportation brokers/carriers

• Identify key factors to aid in price negotiations with carriers during the RFP process

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all business-related conditions in transportation contracts

• Oversee the company’s internal procurement system throughout the sourcing process

• Evaluate suppliers’ quotes and provide detailed assessments of cost element breakdowns

• Maintain quote comparisons with financial simulations and offer data-driven recommendations for selecting freight forwarders and carriers.

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst or in a similar role, with proven expertise and progressively increasing responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel, with the ability to manipulate large datasets and create complex reports

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve logistics operations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean is a plus

• Comfortable working with tables, charts, and numbers to present findings and recommendations

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Willingness to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs

• Excellent reporting skills are required to present reports to management or clients on bidding plans and results
