Marketing Associate (사원 or 대리)

 

Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support for various marketing projects. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for Fulfillment, Promotional Material, and Financial Marketing Support. In addition, provide assistance and support the updating of LX Hausys’ owned showrooms and the development and execution of the display and sample program.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product management team and sales to provide marketing collateral and assets for the respective sales channels.

·       Design essential documents provided by the PM team such as price lists, promotion flyer, etc.

·       Design and produce printed & digital literature

·       Actively develop and create literature and promotional items upon request 

·       Communicate and collaborate with clients to provide customized literature 

 

  • Sales Activity Support

·       Regularly meet with current and potential customers to improve customer relations

·       Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, sales events, trade shows, and presentation for prospective and existing clients

·       Support product knowledge (PK) sessions conducted by sales representatives

  • Marketing Tool Management

·       Manage allotment and sample lead-time, inventory, quality and budget

·       Manage sample order and timelines upon request from the sales reps for customer interaction

·       Contribute to localize a vendor to produce samples and marketing tools

  • Budget Control

·       Estimate and plan the total marketing budget on a monthly quarterly, and annual basis

  • Social Media Management

·       Manage various social media platform accounts by creating and designing content

·       Create and distribute weekly e-blasts

·       Respond to inquiries through social media

·       Manage Google business account

o  Showroom Management

·       Train and manage showroom assistants on product knowledge, sample shipping, and showroom management

·       Organize products and displays within showrooms

·       Plan and execute periodic showroom updates to enhance showroom promotion and boost product sales

 

Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:

 

Education and Work Experience:

·     Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field.

·     At least 2+ years of experience in a related marketing role.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Adobe Creative Program (Illustrator, Photoshop)

·       Microsoft Office (skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·       Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task

·       Initiative skills

·       Problem solving skills

·       Bilingual a plus (English, Korean, French)

·       Strong analytical and project management skills.

 

Physical Demands:   

·       Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.

·       Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.

  • Position requires minimal lifting up to 40 pounds.

·       Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

  • Position requires minimal travel as needed.
