About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Coordinator to join our team in Vancouver. In this role, you will be supporting the management of our Costco.ca business, helping ensure smooth operations and excellent communication between vendors and clients. You will play a critical part in onboarding, project management, and maintaining strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CEO and VP to support development and launch of brands with key ecommerce channels.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendor and client communication

  • Lead the onboarding process for new vendors and products

  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Liaise between client, internal team, and vendors and maintain accuracy on details

  • Monitor ecommerce activities to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or ecommerce support role

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing data

  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Practical and has ability to multi-task and solve a crisis with a calm demeanor

  • Fluency in English and Korean
